Care Strategist. Child Advocate. Family Ally.
Hi, I’m Megan.
Co-Founder & Chief Program Officer
I’m a licensed social worker, child advocate, and Co-Founder & Chief Program Officer at Bud and Bloom. For years, I’ve worked hands-on with individuals across all ages and stages—but my heart has always been with children.
There’s something powerful about helping a child find their voice, build resilience, and feel seen. It’s why I do what I do.
As Chief Program Officer, I design how families experience care at Bud and Bloom.
I work closely with caregivers and their extended support teams—schools, therapists, and specialists—to define goals, create personalized care plans, and ensure everyone is aligned around the child’s growth. Those plans are then brought to life by our trained in-home caregivers, our incredible SuperBloomers, who deliver daily, relational support rooted in those shared goals.
I’ve supported kids with a wide range of diagnoses—including autism, ADHD, anxiety, mood disorders, and ODD—using an integrated, flexible approach that combines clinical insight with practical, real-world tools.
Whether I’m helping a child express big feelings, coaching a caregiver through challenging moments, or designing routines that bring calm into the home, my goal is always the same: to help families grow with confidence.
I hold a Bachelor’s in Psychology and a Master of Social Work from Temple University.
My work is grounded in the belief that every child has strengths waiting to be nurtured—and that when families feel supported, children can truly thrive.
Outside of work, you can find me spending time with my dog Yoda, hanging out with friends and family, and cheering on all things Philly sports.
