Now Hiring: Home-Based Family Support Partner

Role Overview

The Family Support Caregiver is a trusted member of Bud and Bloom’s in-home care team. Working directly with neurodivergent children and their families, this role brings compassionate, consistent, and behavior-informed support to create a more peaceful, purposeful home environment.

They help children build regulation and independence while coaching parents on skills and techniques to help the child and family thrive.

Whether it’s guiding a child through transitions, modeling calming techniques, teaching homework skills and time-management, or helping implement a visual schedule or reward system, Family Support Caregivers—SuperBloomers—adapt to the rhythms of the home and bring therapeutic tools to into the home in practical, empowering ways.
