Role Overview
The Behavioral Support Consultant is a key clinical leader within Bud and Bloom's innovative in-home care model. Working directly with neurodivergent children and their families, this role combines clinical expertise with real-world application to create meaningful, lasting change in family systems.
This is not a traditional clinic-based role. Our BSCs are clinical specialists who design and oversee individualized behavior support plans in authentic home environments. They bridge the gap between evidence-based practice and everyday family life, leading a collaborative team approach that empowers both children and caregivers to thrive.
Whether it's conducting functional behavior assessments, coaching caregivers through challenging transitions, or adapting intervention strategies to fit unique family dynamics, our Bud and Bloom’s BSCs bring clinical excellence directly into the homes where it matters most.
