<image:title>Meet the Founders - Executive. Culture Strategist. Mom on a Mission. - Hi, I’m Tracey.</image:title>
<image:caption>Co-Founder & Chief Executive Officer For nearly 30 years, I’ve helped large, complex organizations work better—not just through smarter systems and strategies, but by unlocking the full potential of their people. As a business leader and culture strategist, I’ve seen how the right environment sparks growth, resilience, and connection. That belief—that people flourish when conditions are right—has fueled my career. And now, it fuels Bud and Bloom. Bringing my expertise in human-centered design and organizational culture into the home isn’t just a professional shift—it’s deeply personal. Like many parents, I’ve walked the hard, emotional road of seeking the right support for my child. I know the stakes. I know the frustration. And I know what it feels like when someone finally sees your child and helps them thrive. At Bud and Bloom, we’re building what I wish we had from the beginning: a support system that meets families where they are, uplifts caregivers, and brings stability, confidence, and joy into the home. I’m just as committed to creating a workplace where our team feels supported, valued, and proud to grow. Because when we invest in the people who matter most, we don’t just provide care—we grow something extraordinary.</image:caption>

<image:title>Meet the Founders - Professor. Problem Solver. Parent with purpose. - Hi, I’m Luke.</image:title>
<image:caption>Co-Founder & Chief Researcher By training, I’m a researcher and problem solver. I serve as a Professor of Applied Statistics at the University of Pennsylvania, where I focus on health services research and program evaluation. I work every day to answer complex questions with clarity—and to find practical, evidence-based solutions that make a difference. That same mindset is what helped shape Bud and Bloom. When our daughter needed support, I did what I do best: I went to work. To find our way, I immersed myself in the world of neurodivergence—studying options, evaluating resources, and tracking down the people and programs that could help our daughter thrive. Every new challenge became an opportunity to learn, act, and improve what came next. Over time, we built something powerful—a patchwork of providers and practices that worked for our family. And through that journey, we saw an opportunity to build something even bigger for others. Bud and Bloom is our way of bringing that vision to life: a model of care rooted in research, real-world experience, and compassion. We’re working to close the gap for families like ours—so no one has to navigate this journey alone, or without the experienced support they truly need.</image:caption>

<image:title>Meet the Founders - Care Strategist. Child Advocate. Family Ally. - Hi, I’m Megan.</image:title>
<image:caption>Co-Founder & Chief Program Officer I’m a licensed social worker, child advocate, and Co-Founder & Chief Program Officer at Bud and Bloom. For years, I’ve worked hands-on with individuals across all ages and stages—but my heart has always been with children. There’s something powerful about helping a child find their voice, build resilience, and feel seen. It’s why I do what I do. As Chief Program Officer, I design how families experience care at Bud and Bloom. I work closely with caregivers and their extended support teams—schools, therapists, and specialists—to define goals, create personalized care plans, and ensure everyone is aligned around the child’s growth. Those plans are then brought to life by our trained in-home caregivers, our incredible SuperBloomers, who deliver daily, relational support rooted in those shared goals. I’ve supported kids with a wide range of diagnoses—including autism, ADHD, anxiety, mood disorders, and ODD—using an integrated, flexible approach that combines clinical insight with practical, real-world tools. Whether I’m helping a child express big feelings, coaching a caregiver through challenging moments, or designing routines that bring calm into the home, my goal is always the same: to help families grow with confidence. I hold a Bachelor’s in Psychology and a Master of Social Work from Temple University. My work is grounded in the belief that every child has strengths waiting to be nurtured—and that when families feel supported, children can truly thrive. Outside of work, you can find me spending time with my dog Yoda, hanging out with friends and family, and cheering on all things Philly sports.</image:caption>
